Cancellation Policy
Flexible Terms with Clear Cancellation Guidelines

At Servinix, we understand that project requirements may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which services may be canceled.
1. Project Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email. Cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the project stage.
- Before Project Start: Full cancellation may be accepted if no work has begun.
- After Project Start: Cancellation requests will be subject to charges based on the work already completed.
2. Refund on Cancellation
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund & Returns Policy. Any approved refund will be issued after deducting costs for work already performed.
3. Non-Cancellable Services
- Completed and delivered projects
- Services where substantial work has already been completed
- Third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, or paid tools
4. Delays and Inactivity
If a client fails to provide required information, approvals, or communication for an extended period (typically 14 days or more), the project may be considered inactive. Reactivation may require additional fees or timeline adjustments.
5. Cancellation by Servinix
Servinix reserves the right to cancel or suspend services under the following conditions:
- Violation of terms or policies
- Non-payment or delayed payment
- Unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
6. Rescheduling
In some cases, projects may be rescheduled instead of canceled, based on mutual agreement between Servinix and the client.
