At Servinix, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services.
1. Nature of Services
Servinix provides digital services including website development, custom software development, mobile app development, and maintenance services. Due to the intangible and customized nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.
2. No Refund After Project Initiation
Once a project has been started and work has commenced, payments made are generally non-refundable. This includes time spent on planning, research, design, and development.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- If the project has not yet been started
- If Servinix is unable to deliver the agreed service
- If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and no work has begun
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed. Any approved refund will be calculated after deducting costs for work already performed.
5. Revisions Instead of Refunds
We encourage clients to use the revision opportunities included in their package. Our team will make reasonable revisions to ensure the final delivery meets agreed requirements.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Delays caused by lack of client communication or missing requirements
- Requests for features outside the original project scope
- Completed and delivered projects as per agreed scope
7. Third-Party Costs
Any third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, plugins, APIs, or licenses are non-refundable.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of services and legal action if necessary. We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any issues.
9. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
