All services are delivered based on agreed project scope, timeline, and requirements.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Respond to communication in a timely manner
- Provide necessary content, credentials, and approvals
- Use our services for lawful purposes only
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect project timelines and delivery.
3. Payments
- All services require advance payment unless otherwise agreed
- Payments are non-refundable once the project has started
- Additional features or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
4. Project Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on project complexity and client responsiveness
- Servinix is not responsible for delays caused by client-side issues
- Final delivery is completed once agreed features are implemented and approved
5. Revisions
- Revisions are limited to the number defined in the selected package
- Additional revisions beyond the package scope may be charged separately
- Major changes after project approval may be treated as a new project
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final delivered project
- Servinix retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio
- Third-party tools, plugins, or assets remain subject to their respective licenses
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and agree to keep all project-related information confidential. We do not share or disclose client data without consent, except as required by law.
8. Support & Maintenance
- Ongoing support is provided only if included in the selected package or under a separate maintenance plan
- Servinix is not responsible for issues caused by third-party changes or unauthorized modifications
9. Limitation of Liability
- Servinix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Issues caused by third-party services or hosting providers
10. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if Terms are violated
- Payments are not made
- The client engages in unlawful or abusive behavior
11. Changes to Terms
Servinix may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
