Refund and Returns Policy
Transparent Refund Terms You Can Trust

This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds may be issued by Servinix (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for digital services provided to clients (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing our services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Nature of Services
Servinix provides digital services, including but not limited to website design, branding, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content writing, and video editing. All services are delivered digitally and are considered intangible, custom, and non-returnable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion under the following conditions:
- The service has not yet been initiated
- A duplicate or erroneous payment has been made
- We are unable to fulfill the agreed service due to internal limitations
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days from the date of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Work has commenced or been completed
- Delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide required materials, approvals, or communication
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences once agreed revisions have been delivered
- Ongoing or completed SEO, marketing, or content-related services
4. Revision and Acceptance
We provide revisions in accordance with the agreed scope of work. Once a deliverable has been approved or accepted by the Client, it shall be deemed final, and no refunds will be issued.
5. Project Cancellation
- Before Work Begins: Eligible for a full refund
- After Work Begins: Eligible for a partial refund based on work completed
- After Completion: No refunds will be issued
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment providers.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
You agree to contact us prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and may be subject to further action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Servinix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
